Return Policy

We hope you love your handmade products from Kalahari Kidz but if you do have a concern, you can apply for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided.

Please ensure that your item/s are unused and in the same condition as you received it. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of many products, each product is unique and may have slight differences.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to issue a credit note for the same value.  Return shipping cost is at the purchaser's expense. Please consider purchases carefully to avoid incurring additional shipping.

To return your product, please first contact us on 0490 708 983 for authorisation and return address.  Please pack the product carefully so it is returned undamaged. Please record your tracking number in case we need to trace the item if it doesn't arrive.
